Reto Marghitola
Reto Marghitola has over a decade of experience as a litigator. He graduated top of his class at the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva in 2007. In 2009, he was admitted to the Zurich Bar. Subsequently, Mr. Marghitola worked as an attorney in the litigation/arbitration practice team of the law firm Homburger AG in Zurich. He gained further professional experience at law firms in Basel and Zurich and as in-house counsel at Novartis AG (Group Litigation). He was awarded the Prof. Walther Hug Prize (2016) for his doctoral thesis at the University of Zurich on "Document Production in International Arbitration" (summa cum laude, 2015). Mr. Marghitola is co-editor of the Practitioners' Handbook on Civil Procedure (2020).
Reto Marghitola is admitted to practice before all Swiss courts. He is a member of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA). Reto Marghitola speaks German, English, French and Italian.

Barbara Badertscher
Barbara Badertscher is an experienced lawyer specializing in litigation before Swiss courts and in commercial arbitration. She has a particular strong expertise in enforcement of claims, attachment of assets and interim relief. Barbara Badertscher also acts as arbitrator and advises clients on out-of-court settlements. Barbara Badertscher graduated from the University of St.Gallen (Bachelor in Law and Economics, Master in Law) and earned a LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary, University of London. After passing the bar exam in 2010, she worked at two leading commercial law firms in Zurich for over ten years. She speaks German, English and French.
